Dr. Benjamin Hale
Dr. Hale moved from Vermont to Virginia in 2017, and after a year of commuting to Newport News joined Godspeed in 2018 in his newly adopted hometown of Williamsburg.
He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Bowdoin College, his Ph.D. in biology studying biomechanics from Stanford University, and his DVM from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.
Dr. Hale’s special interests include neurology, Lyme nephropathy and other tick-borne diseases, and anesthesiology.
His interests in infectious diseases have led him to become a member of the World Small Animal Veterinary Association and to attend several conferences abroad.
Dr. Hale lives in Williamsburg with his wife and their three dogs.
